Silicon Manganese adds additional silicon which is a stronger deoxidiser and which also helps improve some mechanical properties of steel. Silvery metallic appearance. SiMn contains 65-68% Mn and high Si content 15 % Min Si compared to MCFeMn (0.02 % Max Si). Mineral-Loy supplies high, medium, and low carbon Silicon Manganese.
